1. Who you're contracting with
These terms are between you and JABB Consulting Oy Ab (Business ID 2497134-6, VAT FI24971346, Vikingavägen 45, 65200 Vaasa, Finland), operating as "ListedProof". ListedProof is a service of JABB Consulting Oy Ab, and payments, receipts and card statements show that company name. The service is offered to businesses and professionals buying for their business, not to consumers.
2. The service
We prepare listing copy from the information you provide and submit your product to online directories that fit it. We then report the outcome of each submission. The package you buy sets the target number of directories. Which directories accept and publish a listing, and when, is decided by each directory. We don't guarantee acceptance, search rankings, Domain Rating, traffic or sales.

3. Your responsibilities
- You own the product, or are authorized to list it. You authorize us to create directory accounts for it and to submit on your behalf.
- The information and images you give us are accurate, lawful, and yours to use. They don't infringe anyone's rights.
- Your product isn't illegal, deceptive, adult, gambling-related or otherwise prohibited by the directories. We may decline any order and refund it in full.
4. How we work
- Nothing is submitted until you approve the listing copy.
- We follow each directory's rules. We never create fake reviews, votes or comments, and we never get around a site's security or bot-protection measures.
- We use free listing tiers unless your package includes paid launches (Plus: 3, or 4–5 without badge opt-in; Pro: 10) or you approve a paid listing in writing. Included launch fees are paid by us on your behalf. Any other approved directory fee is charged to you at cost, on top of the package price.
- Directory accounts we create for your order are handed over to you with the final report. From that point, you're responsible for them.
- We use software automation, including AI assistant tooling, to prepare copy, fill in forms and handle email. A person at ListedProof is responsible for every order.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. They are payable in advance through Stripe. The charge appears under the name JABB Consulting Oy Ab. VAT is added where it applies:
- Finnish customers pay Finnish VAT (currently 25.5%).
- EU business customers who give a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
- Customers outside the EU are invoiced without Finnish VAT.
- EU customers who don't give a VAT ID are charged Finnish VAT.
6. Timeline
We aim to send the listing copy within 1 business day of receiving your complete brief. Submissions are completed within 3 business days of your approval, and the proof report is delivered about 7 days after submission. These are targets, not guarantees. Delays caused by missing information, or by the directories themselves, don't count against them.
7. Refunds
- Full refund if you cancel before approving your listing copy.
- Full refund if we submit your product to fewer than 15 directories.
- Third-party fees (Plus and Pro): we pay the included directory fees on your behalf. A listing is guaranteed only where the directory guarantees it for that fee. If a directory changes its price, closes or declines, we substitute one of equal or higher domain rating. Fees already paid to a directory are not refundable once the listing is published.
- Badge opt-in (Plus and Pro): adding a directory's badge or backlink to your site is optional and only happens with your approval of the exact snippet. If you remove a badge, that directory may unpublish or downgrade the listing. This is not grounds for a refund.
- Otherwise, the service counts as performed once submissions are made. No refunds for directory rejections or for ranking or traffic outcomes.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, nor for the acts, omissions or downtime of third-party directories. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved by the Vaasa District Court (Pohjanmaan käräjäoikeus), Finland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. AI visibility audit
- What it is. We ask AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini) a set of buyer questions about your product category through the providers' official APIs. Each question is asked several times. You receive a report with the measured results, the sources the AIs cited, and suggested fixes. We send you the buyer questions to approve before the run. The audit covers one product, one market and one language, and includes one re-check with the same questions about 30 days after delivery.
- No guarantees. AI answers vary between runs, model versions, locations and users, and API answers can differ from what the consumer apps show. The report describes what we measured at the time, with ranges where results vary. We don't guarantee that any AI assistant will mention, recommend or rank your product, now or after you make the suggested changes, nor any traffic, leads or sales.
- Coverage. Gemini is queried without Google Search grounding, so its results show model knowledge only and include no cited sources. Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot are not covered. We don't automate or scrape consumer chat apps.
- AI-assisted delivery. The questions, measurements and first draft of the report are produced with software and AI models. A person at ListedProof checks every report before delivery. Suggested fixes are recommendations; you decide whether and how to apply them.
- Public site checks. Only if you authorize it in the brief, we read public pages of your website (such as robots.txt, llms.txt, the sitemap and the homepage) as a normal visitor would. We never log in, scan, probe or load-test your systems or anyone else's.
- Competitors. Competitor names you give us are used only in the questions and the comparison in your report. The report reflects AI outputs about them and is not our statement about any competitor.
- Timeline. We aim to deliver the report within 2 business days after you approve the buyer questions. This is a target, not a guarantee.
- Refunds. Full refund if you cancel before we run the audit. If we haven't delivered the report within 5 business days of your complete brief, you can ask for a full refund. Once the report is delivered, the service counts as performed: no refunds based on the results or on later AI answers.
- Agency 5-pack. Five audits, each for one product, to be used within 12 months of purchase. Reports can be white-label. You may share them with your clients and are responsible for having your clients' authorization to order an audit for them. Unused audits are not refundable after 30 days from purchase.
- Data. Audit data is deleted 90 days after delivery of the report (or of the 30-day re-check report, if there is one), as described in the privacy policy. Keep your own copy of the report.
